Hilltop Meat Co. is a Family Owned and Operated Business of 37 years.  We still SMOKE our FAMOUS  HILLTOP SAUSAGE ,

BUTTS, HAMS and TURKEYS the OLD FASHION WAY.  We SMOKE our MEATS OVERNIGHT in the SMOKE HOUSE and we DO

NOT USE ANY LIQUID SMOKE. 

 
    We do FUND RAISERS with our DELICOUS COOKED BOSTON BUTTS in any amount you need.


    Each year we also CUT,WRAP and GRIND DEER MEAT and make FRESH PAN SAUSAGE,  VERY BEST SMOKED DEER SAUSAGE ANYWHERE!!!!


    We also make GIFT BOXES for any Occasion, Starting at just $20.00 and up.....Using our SMOKED SAUSAGE and COUNTRY

FIXINGS such as DIXIE DIRT, CRACKLIN BREAD MIX, KYUNTRY KYSER SYRUP,  SMOKED BACON AND CHEESE, OLD

FASHION PEPPERMINT CANDY STICKS, COCONUT CANDY and other COUNTRY FIXINGS.


    WE SHIP OUR DELICIOUS SMOKED MEATS VIA UPS ON MONDAYS.


    We also have a RESTAURANT where we cook FRESH SEAFOOD and STEAKS.  FRESH OYSTERS on the HALF SHELL are also
 
available.  Our RESTAURANT  will sit up to 130 people....... SO BE SURE TO BOOK YOUR NEXT PARTY WITH US.
